This is part 3 of a 10-part series which questions some commonly held assumptions about vaccination. Part 3 questions the claim that vaccines prevent diseases. Graphs based on official statistics of deaths from infectious diseases in various countries clearly show that most of the remarkable decline in the number of deaths from infectious diseases occurred before vaccines were used, and that the introduction of vaccines made no difference to the decline, which simply continued as if nothing had happened. In fact, a large WHO field trial in India showed an INCREASED incidence of TB in those who had been given the BCG vaccine, compared to the unvaccinated control group. Also, the introduction of diphteria vaccination in Germany was followed by a steep INCREASE in diphtheria cases, followed by a steep DROP when vaccination CEASED in the chaotic years after WW2, a drop which SLOWED when vaccination was resumed in about 1950. Has the public, along with the medical profession, been the victim of an elaborate scam along the lines of the Emperor's new clothes?
