Description

A strong child-serving system prevents the abuse, neglect and maltreatment of children, effectively intervenes when there is abuse, neglect and maltreatment of children, and supports families to be succesful to overcome these circumstances. This video introduced a session titled "Rights and Safety of Children and Youth: In Their Homes, Their Cultures, Their Communities and Internationally" at the Representative for Children and Youth's Champions for Children and Youth 2008 Summit.
